G. Preston Parker CPA, Principal

Preston is a graduate of the University of Utah. He affiliated with the Los Angeles office of Price Waterhouse and Company, one of the "Big Four" international accounting firms. He later became Controller of Snarr Advertising, Inc., a regional outdoor advertising company. Preston was actively involved in promoting legislation to fund the Beautification Act and developed accounting and appraisal methods used to value billboards nationwide. He later built a CPA practice serving several hundred clients, with offices in three cities. Preston was Controller, CFO, and a founding team member of ExerHealth, Inc., maker of the HealthRider exercise machine. During his tenure, the company grew to a multimillion dollar, national enterprise.   Preston is a founding member of Parker Egan CPAs PLLC and a principal in several predecessor firms including Preston Parker CPA, PC, Parker and Rozdolski CPA's, and Roberts and Parker CPA's.

Preston has been active in a number of civic, church, and community organizations.  He served two terms as State Treasurer for a major political party and was a member of a Presidential task force to foster and develop small business.  He was Executive Secretary of the Scottsdale Arizona North Stake for three years.  He currently is Committee Chairman for Troop 1104, Boy Scouts of America.  He and his wife Marilee have five children and five grandchildren.

Kathleen M. Egan CPA, Principal

Kathy has a Finance degree from Santa Clara University, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University. She has been Accounting Manager for Valley Academy and Controller for AT Construction. Kathy worked as an accountant for Southwest Supermarkets and as an auditor for Safeway, Inc. Fluent in French, she provided administrative and training consulting services to the United States Peace Corps and lived in Morocco for several years.

Dotty K. Beemer, Office Manager

Dotty is in charge of coordinating all of our efforts. She is skilled at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and is highly organized. Dotty schedules appointments, calls for additional information when needed, prepares our tax return packages and accounting reports, prepares payroll and sales tax reports and monthly accounting. Dotty was Office Administrative Assistant for the Independent Order of Foresters in Seattle, Washington. She has also been affiliated with Blue Cross Blue Shield in Washington, KBZY Radio Station in Salem, Oregon, and ABC Office Supply in Scottsdale.

David Collier

David P. Collier Joined Parker Egan CPAs in March 2009 as their Payroll Specialist.
David has over 25 years of business experience including 7 years as National Sales Manager of a rental company locally as well as 3 years in automotive finance.
When David’s not crunching numbers he enjoys spending time with his son as well as exercising at LA Fitness.
